TRIBUNALMETRIX PRIVACY NOTICE Effective: July 17, 2026 Version: 1.2.0 1. Accountability TribunalMetrix test operator is responsible for TribunalMetrix privacy practices. Privacy questions, access or correction requests, and complaints may be sent to thomas-turner@hotmail.com. 2. Information retained TribunalMetrix retains only information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service: • account information, including user ID, email address, display name, role and access status; • authentication and security information, including multi-factor status, session records, login and revocation events, technical device information and limited network-address information; • legal-document acceptance records, including document version, content hash and acceptance time; • limited security and administrative audit events that do not contain matter content; • firm-profile information supplied by the user, including firm name, representative, LSO number, business contact information, PDF preferences and an optional firm logo; and • records necessary to respond to privacy, security, access, correction or deletion requests. 3. Matter information not retained TribunalMetrix is designed not to retain client names, party names, addresses, court or tribunal file numbers, calculation inputs or results, payment histories, timelines, research queries, citations selected by a user, uploaded documents, document-analysis results or generated PDFs after processing. The service does not provide a saved matter workspace. Matter information entered into a tool is processed temporarily to return the requested result and is then discarded by the application. Browser memory and ordinary network or infrastructure buffers may hold information briefly while a request is being completed. 4. Purposes Retained information is used to authenticate users, enforce role-based access, provide saved firm information for generated PDFs, maintain security, record legal acceptance, administer accounts, investigate incidents, operate the service and meet legal obligations. TribunalMetrix does not sell personal information and does not use matter content for advertising, profiling or model training. 5. Service providers and location The service provider processing locations are described as follows: development infrastructure. Authentication email may be delivered by an email provider whose operational records may be processed outside Canada. Service providers process information only for the functions described in this Notice and are subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations. Foreign authorities may lawfully seek access to information processed in another country. 6. Safeguards Safeguards include invitation-only accounts, mandatory authenticator-app MFA, short-lived and idle-limited sessions, secure cookies, request-verification controls, encrypted transport, database access controls, private firm-logo storage, restricted administrative functions, security logging that excludes matter content, and backup and incident-response procedures. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. 7. Retention and deletion Matter content is not intentionally retained after processing. Firm-profile information remains until changed or deleted by the user or until the account is deleted. Session records are retained only for security administration and expire or are revoked. Legal-acceptance and security records are retained for the period reasonably required to prove agreement, investigate incidents and comply with law. Operator-managed backups are overwritten according to the documented backup-retention schedule. 8. Access, correction and deletion Users may review and correct their firm profile in the application, download an account-data export from the Security page, and submit an account-deletion request in the application. Other access or correction requests may be sent to thomas-turner@hotmail.com. Some legal, security or transaction records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary. 9. User responsibilities Users must avoid unnecessary personal identifiers, maintain their own official client file and backup, protect account credentials and devices, and ensure they have authority to process information submitted to TribunalMetrix. 10. Changes and complaints Material changes will be published with a new version and may require renewed acceptance. Privacy complaints should first be directed to thomas-turner@hotmail.com. This Notice does not limit any right to complain to an applicable privacy regulator.
